1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If you simply change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Opened Product)

If you've used Seoul Glow consistently and aren't seeing the results you hoped for, contact us within 30 days of delivery at adamguildeabuissness@gmail.com with your order number and let us know. You do not need to send the product back to receive your refund. Limited to one guarantee claim per order.

3. How to Start a Refund

Email adamguildeabuissness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your eligibility and, if applicable, provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at adamguildeabuissness@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover the cost of a free replacement or full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us at adamguildeabuissness@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order, before it has shipped.
